Single Sign-On

Forio supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML 2.0 for Epicenter application users as well as for project admins.

SSO for users​

An Epicenter application can be configured to accept all users coming from the client organization via SSO, or to allow only a specific list of users.

  • In the first case, the application is configured to create users automatically during SSO. If the user account does not exist, one is created on the first SSO login.
  • In the second case, users are preloaded into groups, and auto-create is disabled for the application, meaning only preloaded users can access the app.

Additional SSO integration types​

Epicenter supports other SSO protocols, including LTI 1.1, LTI 1.3, and custom protocols.
